Terms & Conditions
The following terms and conditions apply to all projects, services, packages, and digital solutions provided by Go Execution.
By purchasing, approving, or using our services, the client agrees to the terms mentioned below.
Revision Policy
Revisions are provided according to the selected package or agreed project scope. Clients may request revisions within the agreed limits as long as the original concept, direction, and project scope remain the same.
Revision requests must be clear, consolidated, and related to the original brief. Major changes, new concepts, additional pages, new features, or changes outside the approved scope may require additional charges.
Standard revision turnaround time may vary depending on the complexity of the request, but we aim to complete revisions as quickly as possible.
Refund Policy
Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the project stage, scope, and work already completed.
A refund may only be considered if the request is made before approval of initial concepts, designs, drafts, mockups, or project direction. Once the client approves the initial work, requests revisions, or confirms continuation of the project, the project will be considered active and the refund request may no longer be applicable.
No refund will be issued once final files, source files, website access, completed assets, approved designs, or completed deliverables have been provided.
If a client becomes unresponsive for an extended period, delays feedback, or does not provide required material, Go Execution will not be responsible for project delays. Projects may be placed on hold, and restarting the project may require an additional fee.
Discounted bundles, custom packages, rush delivery fees, third-party costs, domain, hosting, stock assets, paid tools, plugins, and external service charges are non-refundable.
Project Approval
Once a client approves a design, content, website layout, logo concept, or any project deliverable, Go Execution will proceed based on that approval. Any major changes after approval may be considered additional work and may require extra charges.
Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing accurate information, project requirements, content, images, access credentials, brand material, and feedback on time.
Go Execution will not be responsible for delays caused by incomplete information, late feedback, missing assets, or third-party platform issues.
Quality Assurance
We aim to deliver work according to the client’s project brief and agreed requirements. Our team follows a professional process to ensure that the final output is aligned with the approved direction.
However, subjective preferences may vary. Revisions are provided to improve and refine the work within the agreed scope.
Delivery Policy
Project delivery timelines depend on the selected service, project complexity, client feedback, and required approvals.
Estimated timelines are shared before or during the project. Delays may occur if the client does not provide timely feedback, required content, approvals, or access.
Final files, website links, project assets, or deliverables will be shared through email, project dashboard, cloud storage, or any agreed communication method.
Domain and Hosting
Domain and hosting services are only included if mentioned in the selected package or custom proposal.
If the client chooses to use their own hosting provider, Go Execution may assist with setup where possible, but third-party hosting performance, downtime, security, backups, or technical issues will not be the responsibility of Go Execution.
Email accounts are only provided if included in the package or supported by the selected hosting setup.
Ownership Rights
After full payment is received and the project is completed, ownership rights of the final approved design or deliverable will be transferred to the client, unless otherwise stated.
Concepts, drafts, unused designs, rejected ideas, internal files, working files, and preliminary versions remain the property of Go Execution unless specifically purchased or agreed in writing.
Communication Policy
All official communication should be made through Go Execution’s official email, phone number, project dashboard, or approved communication channels.
Go Execution will not be responsible for any communication, payment request, or instruction received from unauthorized email addresses, numbers, or third parties pretending to represent the company.
Customer Support
We aim to provide timely customer support for active projects and completed work where applicable. Support availability may depend on the selected package, service type, or maintenance agreement.
Ongoing support, maintenance, updates, backups, and website changes after project completion may require a separate maintenance plan.
Limitation of Liability
Go Execution will not be liable for indirect losses, business interruption, loss of revenue, third-party platform issues, hosting downtime, payment gateway issues, plugin failures, social media platform restrictions, search engine algorithm changes, or any external factors beyond our control.
Changes to Terms
Go Execution reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on the website and will apply from the date of publication.
